🧿ATMOSPH3R3ART🧿
I am a young artist working on Kaurna land. Primarily using spray paint to capture various stencil shapes, I create art representing deep and meaningful stories within layered, abstract colours and patterns. Each artwork tells a different story – about the universe, human experiences, and deep emotions.
Everything I use to create my art has a past. My canvases and stencils are second-hand, usually from op shops. Many of my stencils, however, are previously discarded rubbish, found on the ground or from hard rubbish. I want to make an impact on people with my art while highlighting the importance of sustainability.
I am a heart transplant recipient wanting to spread awareness of organ donation through my art and story. When I was 11, I died for 11 minutes after a cardiac arrest. I received my life changing heart transplant in 2020 when I was just 13 years old, and I thank my donor every day. Many of my artworks feature symbolism for my donor and the complexity of this pivotal experience.
