1. Copyright & Intellectual Property (Important)

 Artist Retains Rights: I, the Artist, retain full copyright and all reproduction rights to every artwork and print sold.

• No Reproduction: You may not scan, copy, print, or reproduce the artwork in any form for commercial or personal gain without my express written permission.

• When you purchase a piece of art, you are buying the physical object only.

• Social Media: You are welcome to share photos of your purchase on social media, provided you credit [Your Social Handle/Name] as the creator.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Buyer’s Expense: All shipping and insurance costs are at the buyer's expense. These will be calculated and added to your total at checkout.

• Dispatch Timeline: I am committed to getting your art to you safely. All items will be packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days of receiving full payment.

• Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• International Orders: Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees incurred at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

3. Payment & Ownership

• Orders must be paid in full via the available checkout methods before they are processed.

• Legal ownership of the artwork remains with the Artist until the full purchase price (including shipping) has been cleared.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Damaged Goods: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me at (Atmosphere.kc@gmail.com) within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damage so I can assist you.

• Change of Mind: As a small business, I do not offer refunds for "change of mind.".
