  • Buyer’s Expense- Unless advertised otherwise: All shipping and insurance costs are at the buyer's expense. These will be calculated and added to your total at checkout.

  • Dispatch Timeline: I am committed to getting your art to you safely. All items will be packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days of receiving full payment.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • International Orders: Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees incurred at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer..

Return & Exchange Policy

Damaged Goods: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me at (Atmosphere.kc@gmail.com) within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damage so I can assist you.

Change of Mind: As a small business, I do not offer refunds for "change of mind."
